Okre\u015blenie wprowadzone do u\u017cycia w roku 1890 przez Motora Y\u016bjir\u014d, a maj\u0105ce swoje korzenie w filozofii neokonfucja\u0144skiej, funkcjonuje w j\u0119zyku japo\u0144skim po dzi\u015b\n dzie\u0144. <\/p>\n

Shinrigaku (\u5fc3\u7406\u5b66), literally translated as \u201cthe study of the principles of the heart and mind\u201d* is the Japanese term for the word \u201cpsychology\u201d. Shinrigaku.pl is a website dedicated to the topics of psychology, psychotherapy and neuroscience. This\n website was created in 2022 out of a heartfelt desire to share my passion for science with others. Until 2025, its character was primarily scientific. With the passage of time and the associated re-evaluation of life, the website\n took on a more personal character, beginning a new chapter in the popularisation of psychological and neurobiological knowledge, combined with sharing the joy of life, poetic raptures, sensitivity to the world, flourishing and strengthening\n mental resilience.<\/p>\n

The website is currently available only in Polish language. You can contact the author via email address.<\/p>\n
